- ON-LINE – purchase a ski pass from the comfort of your home. On-line purchase is possible with your own chip card of the Harrachov Ski Resort or without a chip card with subsequent pick-up at the ticket office at the lower station of the Delta cableway. Payment by credit card only.

Note:
A possible break for technical maintenance of the slopes at LV Doplik is scheduled from Possible break for technical maintenance of the slopes from 16:25 to 16:50 is deducted from the price.. The maintenance is included in the ticket price. - It is possible to buy only 2 types of cards at the secondary checkout of the ski lift Doplik – a ticket for 7 rides for CZK 160,- CZK 390,- + deposit for the chip card CZK 50,-.

POINT TICKETS
- Watch the current balance of points on your ticket when passing the turnstile.
- Points remaining on the ticket that are not sufficient for one ride will be added to the next provided point ticket automatically. If no other ticket is provided, the turnstile will not allow the passing.
- Point tickets are sold in valid values according to the price list or in variable values ranging from 30 to 600 points.
- Deduced from the ticket automatically at the turnstile. When no new card is presented, the points are deduced, but the turnstile does not allow passage.
- Point tickets are sold in valid values according to the pricelist or in variable values in range from 30 to 600 points.
- Chip card for the point card is provided with a time lock of 1 minute, during which it is impossible to use the card repeatedly!!! Attention, this is a change from the previous seasons.
- The minimum deducted time is 1 hour.
KOMBI
- KOMBI 6 hours/day can be used for any 6 hours in 1 day.
- KOMBI 12 hours/season can be used for any 12 hours of the season.
- Valid vor whole season after 60 min. blocks.
- Each new hour commenced is deducted from the ticket when placed at the turnstile.
CHILDREN
- Children are 6 to 13 years old.
- The young are 14 to 17 years old.
- A child under 6 years of age accompanied by a skiing parent or a person over 15 years of age rides for free.
- Any other child under 6 years that occupies a separate seat in the transport equipment or a child which skis on its own must have a valid ticket.
KEY CARDS
- Chip cards are issued for all types of tickets, except for single rides. Refundable deposit for the chip card is CZK 50. Refundable deposit for a chip card with a barcode is CZK 100 (these chip cards cannot be returned to the machine).
- Chip cards can be preferably returned in the machine at the main ticket office of LD Delta and LD Alfa as well as at the checkouts of LD Delta, LD Alfa and to accommodation providers.
- All types of tickets are issued on chip cards except for single rides. The refundable deposit for a chip card issued at the main ticket office or vending machine is 50 CZK. Chip cards with a barcode have a refundable deposit of CZK 100 (these chip cards cannot be returned to the machine).
Extract from the rules
Customer contract and transport conditions and rules of conduct for skiers and snowboarders are published in full at the cash register and on www.skiareal.com and are also available at the operations manager. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in termination of the transport contract.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid for the indicated duration of their validity or until the end of the season. If used by an unauthorized person, the ticket may be blocked. The end of the season is announced by the management of the company according to the natural conditions and depends on the termination of the operation of the transport facilities. The date of the end of season shown on the ticket is only indicative.
- Passengers must behave in such a way as not to endanger their own safety or the safety of other passengers when boarding, transporting and disembarking.
- By purchasing a ticket and exercising the right of transportation, the passenger undertakes to respect the contractual conditions of transportation, the instructions for passengers, the instructions of the staff of the transport facility and the instructions expressed in the form of signs (pictograms).
- The bearer of the ticket is obliged to present the ticket to the staff of the transport facility for inspection upon request.
- Reimbursement of unused fares is provided if the capacity of the transport facilities decreases by more than 50% for a period of more than 1.5 hours. No refunds will be given for lost tickets.
- Any user who enters the ski slopes does so at their own risk and must behave in such a way as not to endanger or cause harm to oneself or another user. In doing so, they must respect the rules of safe operation on the ski slopes.
- The binding rules, guidelines and conditions for users of the transport facilities and ski slopes are posted at the ticket offices and are available from the operations manager. In the event of non-compliance, in particular when travelling outside the marked ski slopes, the operator reserves the right to exclude such a participant from the transport.
- Rules for winter operation
